Formula, promozione e retrocessione

National League 2 West è uno dei tre gironi regionali del quarto livello del rugby maschile inglese. Le 14 squadre giocano contro ogni avversaria in casa e in trasferta: 26 giornate e 182 partite.

La formula pubblicata del National Two prevede promozione per la prima, spareggio promozione per la seconda, spareggio salvezza per la dodicesima e retrocessione per le ultime due. Si assegnano punti per vittorie, pareggi e bonus. Le fasce colorate sono provvisorie finché il regolamento RFU non viene confermato.
